Choir is back! Miss Jennifer is immensely excited to once more be sharing her long standing love for singing with a crew of young voices.
Each week participating students will enjoy games intended to elevate both rhythm and musical knowledge, learn vocal exercises that will lend to proper vocal technique, and prepare selections for the Sparrow Spring Recital set for the morning of Saturday, May 23, 2026 in Sugar Grove, IL.

FAQs
What do we need to bring?
Simply bring your child and a water bottle! No snacks, backpacks, or devices please.
Can I sit in on class?
For Little Sparrow Choir students, we invite and encourage one parent per child to remain in the room for the duration of class. Parents of Sparrow Choir students may drop their child off.
Given that space is quite limited in our home, we ask that should an attending sibling need to be present, they are able to sit quietly. We know this can be difficult to control dependent upon their age, but unfortunately we have no space for younger guests to play, so thank you kindly for making the necessary arrangements.
Where do I park?
Since we live on a dead-end fire lane, there is no convenient drop zone. You will need to park on the perpendicular street and walk your child to our unit. Please allot the necessary amount of time so that we may begin class on time, particularly in the case of poor weather.
Do I need to pay for all six classes at once?
Yes, your $72 payment is a one time investment and covers all six weeks, plus participation in our spring recital. Once our student minimum has been met, you will be sent payment details via Square.
What if my child cannot attend all six classes, or an unexpected illness requires us to miss out last minute?
Group classes do not allow for make up lessons, so any missed class (whether planned or unplanned) will have to be a consideration for your investment.
Is the Spring Recital exclusively a choir concert?
Our Sparrow Spring Recital, set for the morning of Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Rosewood Farms, is open for performances by any of our private music students. Students who choose to participate will be preparing a selection to showcase at the event. Each of our Sparrow Choirs will be a part of the morning by performing two selections that we will work on over the 6 week class period. Details regarding ticket sales and student registration will be available by mid-March!
May my student participate in choir without attending the Spring Recital?
Participation in the Sparrow Spring Recital is not required, but of course in class we will work towards the goal of performing these pieces to an audience. Simply note your intention and availability in the form below.
I’m interested! Now what?
Wonderful! Simply fill in the form below by the morning of Saturday, April 4, 2026 so that we can ensure we have our student minimum.
